TEENS OPEN HEAVEN FOR TODAY.

Discipline is the ability to control yourself, even when it seems difficult. It is important to be disciplined in every area of your life as it helps you stay focused and avoid regrets. One aspect of indiscipline among young people today is uncontrolled eating.

For humans to stay alive, it is important that they eat food. However, food has also led to the untimely death of many people. There are people who have been poisoned as a result of their uncontrolled appetite. The destinies of some teenagers have been destroyed over a plate of food. Some have even sold their birthrights just because they could not exercise discipline in eating.

My dear child, it is important to exercise discipline and moderation, even when it comes to eating. You should train yourself to be able to fast. Also, you should eat healthily; take fruits and vegetables regularly. You need good health and long life to fulfil God’s plan for your life.
