MFM Daily Devotional Message Wednesday 11th November 2026.

The unchurched are individuals who do not attend church services. The group is diverse and includes nominal Christians, followers of other religions and those with no religious preference. It also includes those who were previously active in a church but have since stopped attending. Anyone, saved or unsaved, who has not attended a church devotional service in the past six months, other than special events such as weddings or funerals, belong to this group. There are thousands of unchurched people in our neighbourhoods, workplaces and so on. It will be very unscriptural and unfair to ignore them or do nothing to bring them to Christ.

The question is: how do you win the unchurched?The first thing for you to do is to pray and seek the guidance and help of the Holy Spirit. When He gives you the blueprint, roadmap or direction for winning the unchurched and you follow His instructions, the task will yield fruitful results. Secondly, to win the unchurched, you must develop a relationship with them. When you establish good interaction with the unchurched and are loving towards them, you will win them.

The unchurched are looking for a genuinely loving Christian first, then a loving and friendly church. In addition, for you to win the unchurched, you should be a good listener. Be willing to empathise with the unchurched and bear their burden. When you show genuine love and care to them, you will win them for the Lord. Invite the unchurched to your church and other programmes that are edifying.

Make out time to visit them at home. The truth is that many unchurched were once church goers who stopped attending church for one reason or the other. Many of them are still young in faith and need your encouragement. Winning the unchurched will require patience, unwavering faith and persistence, but it is a worthwhile venture. Remember that heaven rejoices when just one soul is saved for God. Perhaps many unchurched people are neglected and forgotten around you. Take up the task of winning them to God today. Heaven is counting on you!
