TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 27TH APRIL 2026

Beloved, Satan has nothing in you because you are the righteousness of God in Christ. One key thing you need as a believer is to be established in your righteousness. Another meaning of righteousness is standing with the knowledge that Satan has nothing in you.

Christian devotional book

You may be asking: How can you possibly say that with all my mistakes? Yes, satan has nothing in you! He did not have anything in Christ. If he has nothing in Christ, and you are in Christ, then he has nothing in you.

Righteousness also means standing with the knowledge that when I rebuke the devil, he has no choice but to obey. When I pray, I am not wondering whether the prayer will be answered or not. It must be answered.

Right standing is the believer’s bill of rights before God and before the devil. It means you have a right as a son. It is God’s DNA in you. It is standing with a knowing that the resources of heaven are available to you. It is what assures you that God will never be mad at you again.

How does it make you feel to know that this God Almighty will no longer be mad at you again? He is the Monarch of the universe. Beside Him, there is none else. And this God is your Father!

Romans 8:15 reads, “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father”.

The Holy Spirit decided to leave the word “Abba” in the original translation, which is a Jewish word for Daddy. He wanted to communicate the true meaning, which is intimacy with a father. He is your Daddy. He can never be mad at you again. Jesus has paid the price. Stop being afraid. Satan has nothing in you; neither does he have power over you.
