TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 20TH MAY 2025

While others are looking at challenges, you are expected to be enjoying the beauty of Christ and celebrating Jesus. Do you know that the reason you are saved is to enjoy God’s presence? Many believers are overwhelmed with problems because they are not enjoying God’s presence which is freely available and accessible to them.

Beloved, just enjoy Him. Enjoy His love for you. Enjoy His faithfulness. The fullness of joy comes by enjoying His presence. People should be able to look at you and see what God has done because you are a living testimony. God brought you out of the miry clay. He has set your feet on the rock. Consider where He brought you from; like the songwriter said, “You could not come near His presence; you could never sing His song. But the sacrifice of Calvary’s tree is the reason you can cry out today.” So why won’t you the enjoy Him, having received unrestricted access into His presence?

The writer of Hebrews admonished us in this wise saying, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews

Any wonder he declared, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most-High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty God.” (Psalm 91:1 KJV). This was what set David apart. He spent quality time in God’s presence. How do you abide in the secret place? You abide by taking time out to study the word. You feast on His word, knowing that in His light, you see light.
