2025 TEENS VOLUME RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – MESSAGE.
Words are powerful. They shape everything—your life, your future, and even your body. The Bible shows us that God created and sustains everything with His words (Hebrews 1:3). As Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” What you say matters more than you may realise.
So, how do you use your words? One of the most important things you can do is speak life over yourself—especially your body. Start declaring health and strength over yourself. Say things like, “I am strong. My body is healthy. Every organ and system in me functions perfectly.”
Talk to your body, and it will hear you. The human body is like an animal that needs to be trained. Insist on what you want your body to do, and it will start yielding to you. Every part of your body has intelligence; give your body instructions, and it will get used to listening to you.
Remember what the Bible says in James 3—you can control and tame your whole body with your words: “For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, that they may obey us… Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things…” (James 3:2-5).
Keep your body in health by speaking life to it. The Bible says the wholesome tongue is a tree of life. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you and has given life to your physical body. He has brought you into life and immortality.
Make it a habit to speak life every day. Say, “The Holy Spirit gives life to my body, so I am free from sickness and weakness. I walk in strength and health.” Blessed be God!

PRAY
My physical body is alive and inundated with the pulsating life of God. As a result, I walk in divine health and vitality. I live free of sickness, disease, infirmities and the elements of this world. Hallelujah!
