2026 TEENS VOLUME RHAPSODY OF REALITIES – MESSAGE.
I n hereditary royal families, some princes and princesses receive their royal status because of the family into which they are born, not because they have first accomplished something extraordinary. They may be young, inexperienced, or still learning, but their status isn’t something they have to earn through their achievements. And as they grow, their behaviour is expected to reflect the position they have been given. The same is true for you in
God’s family. Some teenagers grow up trying to prove themselves— to friends, to teachers, even to family.
They wonder, “Will I ever be important? Will I ever stand out? Will my life really matter?” But here’s something powerful: greatness didn’t start with you trying to become something. It started with God’s decision. The Bible says, “…if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29). If you’re born again, you’re the seed of Abraham; the seed of greatness is in your spirit. Therefore, you ought to do great things. Great people do great things.
When the seed of greatness is in a man, he’ll undoubtedly do great things that will be spoken of for generations after him. As a teenager, you might not feel “great” yet. You may still be figuring things out: school, friendships, purpose, your future. But greatness isn’t about your age; it’s about your identity. If you’re born again, God’s Spirit lives in you. You carry divine potential. You’re not ordinary, and you’re not random. So, stop thinking small. Don’t say, “I’m just a kid,” or “I can’t do much right now.” Greatness shows up in how you think, how you talk, how you treat people, and how seriously you take your dreams. It shows in your discipline, your faith, and your courage to stand for what’s right. Tell yourself every day: “I’m born for greatness. The Spirit of God lives in me. I refuse to think small or act small.” You belong to God’s family—a family known for faith, boldness, and exploits.
