SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2025
The Word of God is not just literature; it is a potent force for liberty and breakthroughs in life. Our anchor scripture reveals that no matter how terrible a situation is, a turnaround is possible by the engagement of the Word.
Peter was frustrated and weary before the Word came. But when the Word arrived, his story changed and he experienced supernatural breakthrough (Luke 5:5–6).
Today, we are looking at one of the breakthrough powers in the Word: the explosion of illumination (Light) (Genesis 1:1–4).
When the Word of God comes, it brings light and spiritual illumination. And scriptural illumination humiliates darkness. When the Word of God arrives in your life, the forces of hell lose their grip.
John 1:5
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Darkness cannot resist light. Just as Newton’s First Law explains that nothing changes until an external force acts on it, darkness remains only where light is absent. When light comes, darkness must disappear.
Beloved, any form of darkness in your life exists because of the absence of light. Once the correct light arrives, that darkness must check out. Darkness loses power in the presence of light.
If there is an area where darkness seems to prevail, pursue light—go for the Word that dissolves it.
I decree today: every force of darkness holding your life and destiny is terminated by the power of God’s Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Remember this:
Darkness loses power in the presence of light.
Assignments:
Let at least one verse of Scripture enter your spirit daily.
Approach the Word of God with expectation.
Declare the light of the Word to dissolve every darkness around your life.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the light of Your Word. I command every darkness around my life to disappear now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
