SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2026
The Bible makes it clear that faith is an asset as far as the Christian journey is concerned. No wonder the whole of Christianity is called The Faith (Act 6:7). To possess faith is to possess the Blessing. When you are in faith, you attract the Blessing.
Now, what kind of faith gives you access to the Blessing? We are looking at possessing the conviction and mind-set of the blessed.
Blessed people understand that what they carry is superior to earthly possessions; they don’t function like beggars (Genesis 47:10). They operate with a kind of authority that makes even rulers on the earth tremble. It is not their fault; it is mentality.
One of our pastors testified some time ago. He was posted to one of our branches in the Southern part of Nigeria and a diabolic or occult woman in the neighbourhood camouflaging as a prayer house coordinator became angry with him and with the landlord who gave his property for church planting. She was angry because the church was planted near her “Prayer House” and that would obviously spoil her evil work.
One day, the woman threatened the pastor, “They would either carry you out of this place in a coffin or as a mad man.” The words that came out of that evil priestess was so demonic that the pastor became terribly afraid on the spot. From that moment, if someone knocked on his door, he would open the window and peep through first to be sure it was not the enemy before opening the door.
Now, while he was in that state of fear, something happened: he had a trance where he saw the mantle of the Commission appear to him using my face, and screamed at him, “When last did you hear that the son of a lion is afraid of a barking dog?” He said, suddenly the fear in him died. He opened the windows and the door, stepped out, and began to blast in tongues.
At 12:00 midnight, the woman was doing incantations in her room, and the Holy Ghost tapped the pastor and said, “Pray!” He said he began to pray in tongues, and as a result, the arrow from the woman backfired at her, and she became paralyzed in the morning. And under seven days, she was dead.
Beloved, carry the mentality of authority, not inferiority. Tell yourself: “I am not on earth as a beggar, and I am not at the mercy of any devil.” When you possess this kind of audacious mentality and faith, you attract the Blessing of God. No devil can cast a spell of limitation on you or cut your life short.
Remember this: To possess faith is to possess the Blessing.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
- Maintain a positive and audacious mindset wherever you find yourself.
- Charge up your faith daily by feeding on God’s Word so you can take charge in life.
- Refuse to feel inferior to anyone.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to maintain a positive, faith-filled and audacious mindset in life. I take delivery of what is mine in You, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
