The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Thursday 29th August 2024 Is “Altar Of Worship”
Read: Psalms 105:1-5
1. O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
2. Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
3. Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
4. Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.
5. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
Many years ago, the only place I could worship God without distraction was in my bathroom. That was the only place I could sing, jump, and dance to God without anybody watching. With the doors locked, it would just be God and me. When we moved to Redemption City, I created a prayer room in my house where I could have time alone with God.
God has done several big things for many people, yet, they do not have an altar that is dedicated to worshipping Him in their homes. This is a place that is consecrated to worshipping God alone. You shouldn’t wait to build a house with several rooms in your house before you can create an altar for God; you can just dedicate a corner of your room to worshipping Him. God deserves your worship, and if you cannot create an altar for Him, you can have a journal where you can document everything that He has done for you.
Beloved, if you truly want to worship God, start by fixing a particular time to worship Him and stick to it religiously. You should also have your Bible, hymnal, journal, and any musical instrument that can aid your worship whenever you are worshipping Him
