Fire Scripture
Ecclesiastes 3:1–8
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Tuesday 11th November 2025.
No kind of dry season is pleasant. What steps should you take to end the dry season in your life? Here are some biblically tested and proven steps:
First, give your life to Christ. Enemies of God are permanent candidates for closed heaven and dry seasons. Therefore, make yourself a friend of God. Make Jesus your personal Lord and Saviour.
Second, fast and pray Holy Ghost-vomited and targeted prayers. The Bible says that surely there is an end, and the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut short. As a believer, you have the authority to bind and to loose. Elijah closed the heavens with the key of prophetic declaration and later opened them with prayer.
You can also end your dry season by living a holy life. Holiness guarantees God’s presence in your life. It causes God’s angels to fight and work for you, confers supernatural favour, and ends dryness.
Another step is thanksgiving, praise, and worship. These spiritual weapons can burst the heavens open and usher in a new season of rain.
Finally, give sacrificially. Many Christians suffer lack because they do not tithe or give offerings and firstfruits. Closed heaven and devourers follow stinginess towards God. God promises open heavens and overflowing blessings to cheerful and sacrificial givers.
Beloved, declare war against forces behind closed heavens. Enter God’s armoury and unleash spiritual weapons. Stop them before they stop you.
