Today’s Word By Joel Osteen – 3rd October 2026.
Job, a man of great integrity, suffered the loss of his children, business, and health. His wife told him to curse God and die, and his three friends tried to convince him that the troubles were God’s judgment. Job sat down among the ashes and hit bottom. He didn’t think he would ever be happy again, and he wanted to die. What’s interesting is that even though Job gave up, God did not give up on him. Job clung to his faith and finally looked up to the heavens and said, “Yet I know my Redeemer lives. I will trust Him.” Amazingly, after Job passed the test of faith, “God restored his fortunes and gave him twice what he had before.”
In difficult times, don’t believe the enemy’s “never” lies. “You’ll never be happy, never get well, never get out of debt.” The enemy wouldn’t be telling you that if he didn’t know there was something great in front of you. When trouble hits, instead of having a defeated mentality, have a double mentality. God is setting you up for a double dose of blessing.
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 3RD OCTOBER 2026.
Father, thank You that You are right there with me in my times of testing. I believe that no matter what comes my way, it’s not a surprise to You, and You still have me in the palm of Your hand. I declare that You are on the throne and breakthroughs are coming. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
