Today’s Word By Joel Osteen – 20th September 2026.
Sometimes we think that what God has purposed for our life is never going to come to pass because we’ve made too many mistakes, gotten too far off course, and it’s too late now. But the Scripture says that God is working all things according to the counsel of His will. It doesn’t say according to our will, or our circumstances, or our talents, or how we were raised. He’s not limited by our decisions. It’s according to what He planned long before you got here.
Don’t believe the lies that you have so many flaws and weaknesses that God is going to let you miss what He preplanned for you, the counsel of His will for you. Can I encourage you that you’re not that powerful. God’s calling is still on your life. God is not through with you, and He has the final say. If He was finished with you, you wouldn’t be reading this. Get your fire back. Start making decisions that honor God. Start believing again, hoping again. What He has planned He will fulfill.
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 20TH SEPTEMBER 2026.
Father, thank You for Your promise that You work all things according to the counsel of Your will. Thank You that I can stay in peace knowing that even when I fail, You are working behind the scenes and will direct the outcomes. Help me to be patient and know that You are bringing me into my purpose. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
