Goodnews Daily 4th September 2025 – Focus Your Power

Electricity flows through power lines, supplying energy to homes and businesses. However, for that power to be useful, it must be directed, it needs switches, wiring, and circuits to channel it where it’s needed. A house may have electricity, but unless you flip the switch, the lights stay off. Power is there, but it must be directed to produce results.

The same principle applies when you pray in tongues. Speaking in tongues generates raw spiritual power, but for it to be effective, you must direct it. The Bible says, “Unite my heart,” which means focus. Another translation says, “Give me an undivided mind.” Your mind may wander as you pray, drifting to your to-do list, past conversations, or random distractions. But just as a switch directs electricity to a specific outlet, you must direct your focus back to what you are praying for.

Visualize power flowing into your body, bringing the healing you need. If you need a specific breakthrough, picture that obstacle being shattered. If it’s clients, see them queuing up for your business. Don’t just generate power, send it exactly where it’s needed!

I decree and declare that every time I pray in tongues, power is released and directed toward every chain! My mind is focused, my heart is united, and no power is wasted! I direct supernatural energy into every situation in Jesus’ mighty Name! Amen.
