Jesus emphasises that asking in His name aligns prayers with His will and purpose, guaranteeing divine responses (John 16:24).
His teaching reveals the intimate relationship believers can enjoy with the Father, rooted in His love for them because of their faith in Christ (John 16:27). These words point to the transformational power of Christ’s mission, which bridges the gap between humanity and God, granting believers the privilege of communion with the Father.
