Today’s Word By Joel Osteen – 19th September 2026.
The apostle Paul warned the Galatian church that though they started well in the faith, they were being hindered by a message that said they had to mix in works of the law with faith in order to be right with God. Rather than believe that Jesus’ death on the cross was enough, they had to do certain works in order to earn their salvation. Paul’s message to the Galatians was to stand in the liberty by which Christ has made us free.
Have you let something hinder you today? It’s easy to let disappointments, bad breaks, tough times, and delays hinder us from obeying the truth. You may have been passionate, pursuing your dreams, and had a heart for God, but something happened and now you’ve lost that fire. The good news is that you can get it back. It’s not too late. God is saying to you what He said to the Galatians. Stir up your faith in Christ alone and stand in your freedom. Keep on believing, keep praying, keep dreaming, keep serving. You can still become who you were created to be.
PRAYER FOR TODAY – JOEL OSTEEN 19TH SEPTEMBER 2026.
Father, thank You that there is nothing I have to do to earn Your love and approval because of the grace and gift You have brought me in Jesus. Thank You that I can stir up my faith and run my race unhindered and with passion. I believe that I am free in Jesus to become all You created me to be. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
