The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Tuesday 16th December 2025 Is “Elisha Prayed”

“…And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.”
Elisha was the prophet who received a double portion of the anointing of his master, Elijah, and this played a major role in his success in ministry. T
he Bible records in 2 Kings 6:11–17 that a king once sent an army to arrest Elisha, yet he was not troubled. Even when his servant trembled at the sight of the enemy forces, Elisha remained calm.
Instead of panicking, Elisha prayed that God would open his servant’s eyes to see the host of heaven surrounding them as a mighty wall of defence. When the servant’s spiritual eyes were opened, his fear disappeared, and he became confident of their safety.
Beloved, just as Elisha prayed for his servant’s eyes to be opened, you too can pray for your spiritual eyes to be opened to see the invisible. When your spiritual eyes are open, you will know who to befriend and who to avoid. You will also become spiritually sensitive, able to discern danger early and pray against it ahead of time.
My dear child, the world is a dangerous place, and it is risky to walk through life blindly. Seek spiritual insight through prayer.
