The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Thursday 27th November 2025 Is “A Good Steward”

“His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
A steward is someone responsible for managing the property, resources, or affairs of another person. In today’s Bible passage, Jesus tells a parable about a master who entrusted his servants with talents. Two of them multiplied what was given to them, and they were rewarded. However, the servant who hid his talent was punished.
This parable teaches that God has given every one of us resources, abilities, and opportunities. One day, He will require an account of how we used them.
It grieves the heart of God when people waste or neglect the gifts He has deposited in them. In John 6:5–13, after feeding the multitude, Jesus instructed His disciples to gather the leftover fragments so that nothing would be wasted. This clearly shows that God values good stewardship.
As a teenager, you must be intentional about properly managing everything God has entrusted to you—your time, skills, money, education, and influence. Use them wisely in your home, your school, and your church. Remember, a day of accountability is coming. May you be found faithful and hear the Master say, “Well done,” in Jesus’ name.
