True giving is not about seeking attention or recognition; it flows from a heart filled with love and sincerity. The Bible teaches us that acts of generosity should be done quietly, without the desire for public praise, because God sees and rewards those who give in secret.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, many churches quietly supported the less privileged without publicising their acts of kindness.
This kind of giving truly pleases God because it is motivated by love rather than a desire for applause. When you give to the needy or help someone without telling another person, God Himself takes note and will reward you.
My dear child, from today, look out for opportunities to give—through your time, talents, or resources. Give selflessly without expecting anything in return, because God does not measure the size of your gift but the sincerity of your heart. When you give from your heart, God will bless you in ways beyond your imagination.
