TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 2ND FEBRUARY 2025
One question I want to ask you today is, can God trust you to be a channel? Can He truly trust you? Some people think everyone will respect them when they have money. They plan to run to the village, build mansions and collect chieftaincy titles. Have you seen all the mansions some people are building in the villages? Seven bedrooms, nine bedrooms, and twenty bedrooms mansion! And you drive for so many miles just to access the house. There is no wisdom in it, it is all for show. My question is who will live in those mansions? Your children are going to marry and many of these children are studying abroad. They MAY never want to live in such houses because they have a different orientation. And so, what happens? Anything you don’t use will become dilapidated. Waste of money!
Beloved, in this life, it is all about the people whose lives you have impacted. Long ago, God told me that in every congregation, whether small or big, all the human resources, wisdom, capacity, and money to take that work to another level that God has ordained, are inside that congregation. Everything a ministry needs is right within the ministry. The issue is many believers are not ready to be channels in the hands of God. If God will remove the veil a little bit, you will be shocked about the number of resources at your disposal.
Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Money is not as important. Gifts are not as important. When Ruth chose God, He provided every other thing for her. When you seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, all other things shall be added unto you. Decide that you will not be a disappointment in your generation. Decide that you will not fail God.
