TREM DEVOTIONAL FOR 25TH MARCH 2025

Adam sinned and everybody automatically became sinners. You inherited what was not your own and that is how you became a sinner. And sinners sin, because they have a sinful nature. It is not your adultery or fornication, anger or your mistakes that makes you a sinner. It is the sin that is in you that made you a sinner.

You commit adultery, fornicate, steal, and kill because you are a sinner. Sin is inherent in you. You became a sinner because of one man and not because of you. God out of His benevolence offered you the way out. The rejection of God’s offer is what will send you to hell.

Everyone born into the world is a sinner. By one man, sin entered and the court of heaven declared us sinners. If you like do all the pious things in this world, you are still a sinner. If you like, lock yourself in a room and don’t have any contact with anybody in this world, you are still a sinner. All you need to be a sinner is to be born. “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12 KJV)

“For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)” (Romans 5:17 KJV) If death reigned on all of us because of that one man, we still have hope as believers, that there is a gift of righteousness from Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:19 KJV) says, “For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.” It is the obedience of Jesus Christ that made you righteous and not your own obedience.
