One of the names of God is El Shaddai. That means more than enough. If God just wanted you to get by, if He just wanted you to have enough, why would His name be more than enough?
Don’t let people talk you out of the overflow that belongs to you. “Well, just be grateful that you’re getting by.” Yes, we’re grateful, but you don’t have to stop there. “Lord, thank You that You’re El Shaddai: the God of more than enough. Thank You that overflow is headed my way.”
