Look back over your life at all the things you did under pressure. You defied the odds, you broke barriers in your family, you raised that child that people didn’t think you could raise, you reached goals you never dreamed you’d reach, you overcame obstacles that even surprise you now. It would have never happened without the pressure. The pressure was necessary to release your potential. The pressure is what God used to bring out of you what He put in you. You needed those people to not believe in you.
You needed to not feel qualified, to not have the training. That pressure prepared you, developed you. That’s what caused you to blossom into who you are. God enlarged you not in the good times, but under pressure, in your distress.
