Joel Osteen Daily Inspiration for Today 27th January 2025.
Jesus said when the prince of this world comes, he has no power over Me. The next verse, “But I will do what the Father requires.” That last part is the key. We’re all going to face attacks, trouble, opposition. The prince of this world will come, but he has no power over us. We have to do what the Father requires. We can’t sit back saying, “Why did this happen? This is not fair.” What the Father requires is to move forward in faith. Don’t let fear hold you back. Don’t believe the lies that it’s permanent. Don’t water down your dreams. Now, get your passion back and go after what God put in your heart.
Just because you have faith and you’re declaring promises doesn’t mean you’re not going to hear the enemy’s lies, threats, thoughts of fear. “It’s not going to work out. Just give up; it’s over.” You can’t stop the roar, but you can ignore it. You don’t have to dwell on all the negative thoughts telling you that it’s not going to work out, you’re not going to get well, not going to see your family restored. Those thoughts will be loud. The enemy can be compelling, persuasive, intimidating, but don’t pay him any attention. He wouldn’t be roaring if victory wasn’t in your future.
