Are you going to miss something God put in your heart because you didn’t try again? “I tried to write my book, but nobody helped me.” Try again. “I tried to get into management. They said I wasn’t qualified.” Try again. “I tried to break this addiction. It’s been years.” Try again. You’re on the verge of God doing a new thing. He sees the disappointment. He knows what didn’t work out, the lonely nights.
He knows about the times you did your best, gave it your all, but the ark didn’t come home. That’s not the end of the story. God is the One who put that dream in you. He’s the One who gave you the desire to be free, to be healthy, to get married, to reach new levels. You have to stir up those gifts.
God didn’t bring you this far to leave you. You may have missed an opportunity in the past, you didn’t take it seriously, but another chance is coming. You got turned down for the promotion. That’s not the end; another one is on the way. The relationship didn’t work out.
That person walked out of your life. Someone better is already en route.
