Scripture: Isaiah 33:15-16.
He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
Thought for The Day: When you live uprightly, you are in a realm that is far beyond the reach of harm.

SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 25TH FEBRUARY 2025
In one of our previous studies, we saw that godly character establishes a person in God’s Presence, and the Presence of God carries preservative power. Wherever the conscience is clear, His presence is there. And once you are in God’s presence, you are not vulnerable to the schemes of the devil. Godly character, indeed, establishes people in the presence of God. The measure of the Presence of God we carry is determined by the weight of our character. This is one way that godly character preserves lives.
Another way that godly character preserves lives is by positioning people in a realm that is beyond the reach of harm. Isaiah 33:15-16 says, He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
This Scripture describes the person who walks uprightly as one who shall dwell on high, with their place of defence in the munitions of the rocks. Beloved, when you live uprightly, you are in a realm that is far beyond the reach of harm. No matter how desperate the armed robber is, he cannot block the path of an aircraft in the air. That is not the realm of robbers. The realm of uprightness is not a place for evil to operate. Beloved, make up your mind to live right, so you can dwell beyond the reach of harm.
Remember this: When you live uprightly, you are in a realm that is far beyond the reach of harm.
ASSIGNMENT:
- Maintain uprightness of life.
- Be mindful of the fact that you are beyond the reach of harm as you live uprightly.
PRAYER: Father, I ask that You deliver me from every plot of darkness. Help me with the grace to live in uprightness so I can exist in a realm that is beyond the reach of harm, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
MESSAGE: THE PRESERVATION POWER OF GODLY CHARACTER.
QUOTE: Authentic, original Christianity is scarce. It is important therefore, to uphold godly character.
Culled from the book, “Who Are You?” by Dr Paul Enenche.
DAILY READING: 1 Samuel 12-15.
AMAZING FACT: Some airplanes can be refueled midair by special tanker aircraft.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION/WORD: As you will live uprightly, receive the shield of divine preservation and dwell far above the reach of harm in Jesus’ Name.
