SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 17TH JANUARY 2025
It has been confirmed that the Word of God communicates Godliness. This implies that contact with the Word of God communicates Godliness, godlikeness or what you might call Divine Nature and Character. Every time you study the Bible, you will encounter the Mindset of God and the way God thinks; and you know, action is a product of thought.
So, from the Bible, you encounter the Mindset of God; from the Bible, you encounter the lifestyle of God, you also encounter how God does things. From the Bible, you encounter what God likes and dislikes in His children. You will know what He desires to see in your life.
2 Corinthians 3:18 says,
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory.
The above Scripture confirms that what you see determines what you can seize.
Do you remember the story of Jacob in the Old Testament? He painted wood and placed it in front of animals and as they watched the wood while mating, they later gave birth to offspring in the same colour pattern as the painted wood (Genesis 30:37-43). What you envision determines what you deliver.
By the time you continue to look into the Book, God begins to open your eyes to see His Lifestyle and Mindset.You will see what He hates in your life, and this will help you to adjust your life accordingly.
Beloved, give diligent attention to the study of the Word of God, and obey its instructions.
Remember this: What you see determines what you seize.
ASSIGNMENT:
1. Ask God to open your eyes to see instructions and revelations from the Word.
2. Make up your mind to walk in the reality of what God reveals to you from the Word.
PRAYER: Father, I ask that You open my eyes to behold the tressures of your Word.Help me to walk in the light of Your Word, Lord in Jesus Name.
