SEEDS OF DESTINY MESSAGE FOR TODAY 8TH JULY 2025

On September 11, 2001, an event happened that shook the whole world. The Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre in New York City were razed to the ground by suicide bombers.

The sights and the sound of this catastrophic event filled television stations worldwide – CNN, Sky News, BBC News, AIT, NTA, etc. I remember turning on the television, and seeing a plane entering a sky-scrapper, and then suddenly everything collapsed with fire. It looked like a movie or a dream.

But amidst all this, God made me understand that what happened was shadow compared to what is to come. This whole world as you see it is marked for demolition. And we are already at the end of time.

So, we are closer to the demolition of the world like never before. It is vital to note this because if we don’t understand the times that we live in, we can easily become victims of its calamity.

This world is not here to stay; it will fade away. Love not the world neither the things that are in the world (1 John 2:15). The things people kill themselves to get will all pass away. The things people kill others to get will all pass away. All presidential palaces, royal castles and the most beautiful houses are all marked for demolition. The flesh that many people are advertising is doomed to decay. The time will come when your wristwatch will be of no use because time will stop, and eternity will begin. The hairdressing salons, nightclubs, alcoholic joints will all be deserted. And at that time what is going to matter is not the amount of money you have in your bank account, not how beautiful or handsome you look; what will matter is where your soul will be.

Beloved, ensure that your way of life is not preparing you for hell, but for heaven. Invest more in what is eternal, not what is carnal and temporal.

Remember this: The things people kill others to get will all pass away.

ASSIGNMENT(S):

    1. Make up your mind not to end in hell.
    2. Invest more in what is eternal, not what is carnal.
    3. Ask God for the grace to live upright.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to walk in righteousness. Help me to set my affection on things above, not on things on the earth, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
