Today’s Scripture: (1 Corinthians 2:15)
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DEVOTIONAL FOR TODAY THURSDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2026.
The Bible contrasts the natural man with the spiritual man in 1 Corinthians 2:14, saying, “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Then, in the 15th verse, it gives us one of the fascinating attributes of the spiritual man: he discerns or judges all things. Being born again, you’re not the natural man trying to understand spiritual realities; you’re the spiritual man, endowed by God with the ability to judge and discern all things.
This is the outworking of the wisdom of Christ in your spirit. It’s the expression of the divine wisdom you’ve received in Christ. The Bible says, “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom…” (1 Corinthians 1:30). Therefore, you’re to walk in the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. This is why you should never act confused, perturbed or overwhelmed by the circumstances of life. Christ, the embodiment of divine wisdom and knowledge, lives in you.
You’re a package of solutions and answers. You know all things (1 John 2:20). When things happen around you, don’t say, “Why is this happening to me?” or try to figure life out through natural reasoning. Rather, respond with divine wisdom. Cast all your cares upon the Lord and stick to His Word. Always be conscious that the wisdom of God is at work in your spirit, giving you discernment, insight, and the right response in every circumstance. Walk in confidence and certainty, knowing that you have the light of life. You walk in the light of God’s Word with great amplitude of mind and comprehension, quick to judge all things. And judging all things means knowing and walking in the perfect will of the Father, making decisions from His perspective and manifesting His excellence in every area of your life.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for making Christ my wisdom. I walk in the consciousness of who I am in Christ, judging all things by your Spirit. I’m never confused, worried, or overwhelmed because your wisdom is alive in my spirit, giving me discernment and guiding me in the path of victory and excellence every day, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
