Focus: The Power of Faith
Scripture: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” – Hebrews 11:1
Reflection:
Faith is the foundation of the Christian life. Without faith, it is impossible to please God, because faith connects us to His promises. Faith is not wishful thinking; it is a confident trust in the integrity of God’s Word. When you live by faith, you are not moved by what you see but by what God has spoken. The heroes of faith in Hebrews 11 did not wait to see signs before believing—they trusted in advance, and God honored them. Faith calls you to step out even when the path is unclear, knowing that God is already at the end of the journey. The storms of life may challenge your faith, but that is when your faith becomes stronger. Like a muscle, faith grows by use. Do not allow fear, doubt, or discouragement to weaken your confidence. Instead, choose to stand firmly on God’s promises, for His Word never fails.
Prayer Point: Lord, increase my faith and help me to trust in Your promises regardless of what I see around me.
Inspiring Quote: “Faith does not eliminate questions. But faith knows where to take them.” – Elisabeth Elliot
This Is the Assurance of Answers to Your Prayers – Matthew 7:7-11
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened…YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN GIVE GOOD THINGS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!
