Scripture: “It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.” – Lamentations 3:22–23
Reflection:
Faithfulness is one of God’s unchanging attributes. Unlike men who may fail, God remains consistent and true to His promises. Every sunrise testifies to His mercies that are renewed daily. His faithfulness is not dependent on our performance but on His nature. Even when we are faithless, He remains faithful. Reflecting on the year, one can see countless evidences of His faithfulness—protection, provision, guidance, and answered prayers. Often, we take these for granted, but they are proofs of His steadfast love. In difficult seasons, His faithfulness is the anchor that holds us. In joyful times, it is the reason for our celebration. As you journey through December, let gratitude for God’s faithfulness fuel your worship and strengthen your trust for the future.
