Focus: Cultivating Compassion
Scripture: Colossians 3:12

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Reflection:
Compassion reflects God’s heart, showing love to those who are hurting. Reflect on how you can show compassion—through kindness, listening, or helping. Colossians 3:12 calls us to clothe ourselves with compassion, like Jesus who healed and comforted (Matthew 9:36). Are you overlooking someone’s pain? Practice compassion by serving others selflessly. As you pray, ask God to fill you with His love, making August a month where your compassion points others to Christ.

Prayer Points:

  1. Thank God for His compassion toward you.

  2. Ask for a heart that feels and acts with compassion.

  3. Pray for opportunities to show kindness to the hurting.

  4. Seek humility to serve others selflessly.

  5. Pray for a world touched by God’s compassion.

Inspiring Quote:
“Be kind and compassionate to one another.” – Ephesians 4:32

This Is the Assurance of Answers to Your Prayers – Matthew 7:7-11

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened…YOUR FATHER WHO IS IN HEAVEN GIVE GOOD THINGS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!

Please pray with all your heart and remember to share these prayer points with someone. Have A blessed day as you pray!
