Reflection:
Anxiety can overwhelm us, but God offers us a solution – prayer. When we bring our worries to Him and trust in His care, He promises to replace our anxiety with His peace. This peace is not dependent on our circumstances but on our relationship with Him.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I bring my anxieties to you today. You know the concerns that weigh on my heart. Help me to trust you with every detail of my life, and fill me with your peace that surpasses all understanding. May I find rest in your presence, knowing that you care for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
