Reflection:
Gratitude is the act of recognizing and appreciating the goodness of God in our lives. It shifts our focus from what we lack to the abundance of blessings we have received. As we draw nearer to Christmas, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but taking time to give thanks helps us to remember the true reason for the season. Gratitude opens our hearts to joy and peace, reminding us of God’s enduring love and faithfulness.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for your goodness and love that endures forever. Help me to cultivate a heart of gratitude, not just during this season, but every day of my life. May I always be mindful of your blessings and give thanks for all you have done for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
