Reflection:
Joy is a deep, abiding sense of well-being that comes from our relationship with God. It is not dependent on our circumstances but is rooted in the knowledge that God is in control and that His love for us is unchanging. As we approach Christmas, the season of joy, we are reminded that the birth of Christ brings great joy to the world. Joy is a gift from God that we can experience daily as we trust in Him and focus on His goodness.
PRAYER FOR TODAY 4TH DECEMBER 2024.
Prayer: Lord, fill my heart with joy today. Help me to rejoice in you always, no matter what circumstances I face. Thank you for the gift of joy that comes from knowing you and for the joy of the Christmas season. May my joy be a testimony to your goodness and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
