Reflection:
Forgiveness is a powerful act of love and compassion. As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, we are reminded of the forgiveness that we have received through Him. Just as God forgave us, we are called to forgive others. Holding onto grudges or resentment can weigh us down, but when we choose to forgive, we experience freedom and healing. Forgiveness allows us to move forward in peace and to reflect God’s love to others.
PRAYER FOR TODAY 10TH DECEMBER 2024.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for the forgiveness I have received through Jesus Christ. Help me to extend that same forgiveness to others, even when it is difficult. Give me a heart of compassion and kindness, and help me to let go of any bitterness or resentment. May your love and forgiveness flow through me, bringing healing and reconciliation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
