The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Saturday 1 St July 2023 Is “Backsliding”
Read: ISAIAH 1:4
Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
Backsliding is the act of going back to the sin that was once repented of. The Bible says that
a backslider is not fit for the kingdom of God, as God does not delight in him/her at all.
The end of a backslider is usually not good because God isn’t involved in any area of his her life.
Satan uses different schemes such as bad association, Lukewarmness, prayerlessness, non-meditation on the word of God, unforgiveness, et cetera, to try to distance believers from God in order to make them backslide.
When a believer backslides, the sense of God’s presence leaves him/her and he/she becomes open to the manipulation of the devil.
As a child of God, I encourage you to do the things that please your Heavenly Father always and be wary of any form of backsliding.
