The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Thursday 4th December 2025 Is “The Powerful Meal”

“And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.”
The Holy Communion is a powerful meal because it represents the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ. In 1 Corinthians 11:25, Jesus commanded that we should partake of His body and blood in remembrance of Him.
Taking the Holy Communion frequently helps us reflect on the sacrifice of Christ on the cross and strengthens our relationship with Him.
The Holy Communion is the most powerful meal on earth because God uses it to perform miracles. For instance, when a sick person takes the Holy Communion worthily, he or she can receive healing.
I personally experienced this many years ago as a young believer. I battled constant malaria until I tapped into the power of the Holy Communion, and God healed me.
However, there is a serious warning: anyone who takes the Holy Communion while living in sin eats it unworthily, and this can lead to spiritual or even physical consequences. My dear child, if you desire a breakthrough in any area of your life, take the Holy Communion often — but ensure you do so with a clean heart before God.
