“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us…”
God created every child with a unique purpose, and He placed within each person special abilities that reflect His creativity. These gifts often show up early in life. For example:
A child who feels deeply concerned when someone is sick and wants to help might be showing signs of a future in healthcare.
A child who loves to make people laugh during sad moments may be inclined toward entertainment or encouragement.
Beloved, your teenage years are not for drifting without direction. They are for discovering who you are — your interests, abilities, hobbies, likes, and dislikes.
If you love cooking, consider taking catering classes.
If you love computers, enroll in digital skills training.
If you enjoy talking, learn public speaking.
Once you discover your gift, start developing it — read books, attend seminars, join clubs, and find a mentor who can guide you. The more you work on your gift, the more refined and valuable it becomes. God wants your abilities to become tools that bless the world.
