TEENS OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL 26TH NOVEMBER 2025
After I surrendered my life to Christ, I became passionate about preaching holiness everywhere I went. For a long time, I believed I was living righteously—until God gave me a revelation. In that vision, I was taken before the Great White Throne (Revelation 20:11).
To my shock, I appeared filthy, as though I had just been pulled out of a refuse pit. When I came back to reality, I understood immediately: my own righteousness was nothing but filthy rags before God.
From that day, I made up my mind—by His grace—that the next time I stand before that throne, I must be spotless.
In today’s Bible reading, Isaiah had a similar encounter. He had been declaring “woe unto…” over nations and people, but the moment he stood before God, he realised that he was no better than those he condemned.
If God were to open the eyes of believers to see the true state of their hearts, many would stop judging others and instead cry out for mercy.
The Bible reminds us in 2 Timothy 2:19 that anyone who calls on the name of Christ must depart from sin. You must therefore avoid anything that can corrupt your purity or lure you into wrongdoing. Live carefully, so that when you finally appear before God’s throne, He will commend your life of holiness.

Father, please help me to remain pure before You.
