The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Saturday 15th November 2025 Is “Why Jesus Delays”
Read: 1 Thessalonians 4:15–17 (KJV)

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
We are already in the end times, and everywhere you turn, false teachers and deceptive doctrines are rising, especially on the topic of the second coming of Jesus Christ. Many believers, especially young Christians, are beginning to wonder: “Why hasn’t Jesus returned yet?”
When I got born again many years ago, some believers were so convinced that Jesus would return immediately that they abandoned their education, career goals, and personal plans.
They focused only on evangelism, believing there was no time left. Yet, more than 45 years have passed—and Jesus has not returned.
However, this does not mean the promise has failed. Jesus must return because He said so, and He cannot lie.
So why does it seem like He is delaying?
Reasons for the Delay:
More souls need to be saved.
God’s heart longs for sinners to repent. His delay is a sign of mercy, not weakness.
Believers need time to grow, serve, and earn eternal rewards.
Every act of service you render to God—soul winning, giving, praying, helping others—adds crowns and stars to your heavenly reward.
My dear child, Jesus is coming back soon. The delay is simply God giving you, and others, more time to be ready. Don’t be distracted by false teachings or worldly attractions. Be prepared!
