The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Friday 10th January 2026 Is “God Never Disappoints”
Read: Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)

“It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.”
After I surrendered my life to Christ, my greatest desire was to please God. However, one day, the very person who introduced me to the Christian faith disappointed me deeply.
I was so hurt by his actions that I almost returned to my old way of life, thinking it was better to go back to the world than remain in the church.
As I reflected on the situation with pain in my heart, God spoke to me and asked, “Son, have I ever disappointed you?”
I answered, “No.” At that moment, God comforted me and taught me an important lesson: I should never put my absolute trust in any human being, but in Him alone—because He never fails.
No matter how close or trustworthy people may seem, they are still human and imperfect, and they may disappoint you. God, however, is completely reliable. He is the only One you can depend on fully, at all times and in every situation.
My dear child, perhaps you have been hurt by someone you respected or trusted deeply, and this pain has made you consider giving up on your Christian journey.
Please don’t. Instead, pour out your heart to God in prayer. Ask Him to heal your pain and help you place your trust completely in Him. Also, remember to pray for those who have hurt you, just as Jesus instructed in Matthew 5:44.
As you trust God wholeheartedly, may you experience His comfort, peace, and mighty power, in Jesus’ name.

God is the only One who will never disappoint you. Trust Him completely.
