The Topic of Teenagers Open Heavens for Wednesday 10th December 2025 Is “Flee Temptation”

“Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.”
In today’s Bible reading, Joseph faced a serious temptation when the wife of his master became attracted to him and wanted to seduce him.
Even though Joseph was entrusted with great responsibility in Potiphar’s house, he clearly understood his boundaries. Rather than compromise his integrity, he chose to flee when temptation came knocking.
I often say that when it comes to temptation—especially involving the opposite sex—you should not start praying or speaking in tongues first. The wisest thing to do is to run away immediately, then pray later. Joseph didn’t try to negotiate with sin; he escaped.
The devil frequently uses subtle strategies to tempt God’s children with things that look appealing. As a teenager, you must be intentional about guarding your destiny.
Avoid friends who encourage clubbing or sinful lifestyles. Stay away from immoral movies, inappropriate content, and internet pop-ups that could lead to betting or pornography. Instead, feed your mind with productive books, build godly friendships, and engage in activities that inspire excellence and righteousness.
As you consciously flee from temptation and apply these principles, God will help you overcome and preserve your destiny.
