MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday 7th March 2026.
It is disheartening to know that many people settle for less than what God has intended for them. Whether out of fear, impatience, low self-worth, or past disappointments, many accept mediocrity in relationships, careers, spiritual growth, or purpose. But God’s word reminds us that we are called to much more. Beloved, you were created for greater things. You are not an accident or a product of chance.
You were created by God, on purpose, for a purpose. That is the divine design; settling for less dishonours this grand divine design. How do I know? God told me in Jeremiah 29:11, which says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” God’s plans for your life are good, intentional, and filled with purpose
. Settling for less than His best is disobedience and failure in disguise. God gives abundance, not scarcity. Jesus did not come so we could just be managing life, just to get by. He came to give us abundant life spiritually, emotionally, and even materially when we follow His will.
John 10:10 says, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” It is not the will of God that His children should live in lack but in abundance.
Many people settle for less because they cannot see their true value. They forget that they are worth the blood of Jesus. Beloved, never forget your worth in Christ. Anyone or anything that causes you to compromise your identity must be ignored. What God has in store often exceeds what you have seen, experienced or even imagined. Don’t settle for less than God’s best.

MORNING
1. Father Lord, reveal my true self to me, in the name of Jesus.
2. O Lord, open my eyes to see my purpose in life, in the name of Jesus.
3. O Lord, do not let me walk in the wrong direction, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. O Lord, if I am in the wrong location, relocate me, in the name of Jesus.
5. I separate myself from every association that is subtracting from my life, in the name of Jesus.
6. My destiny shall not be truncated, in the name of Jesus.
7. I reject every evil diversion, in the name of Jesus.
