The Topic of MFM (Mountain Top Life) Daily Devotional for 4th December 2025 Is ”Don’t Lose Hope (I)”.

Bible in One Year
Ezekiel 47–48
1 John 3

Memory Verse
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Christian Standard Bible:
“For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Motivational Quote
When you lose hope, you lose everything. So, make sure you don’t!

Prophetic Word for Today
Your expectations shall not be cut off, in the Name of Jesus.

Fire Scripture
2 Corinthians 4:7–18 (CSB)

Treasure in Clay Jars:
7 Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.
8 We are afflicted in every way but not crushed; we are perplexed but not in despair;
9 We are persecuted but not abandoned; we are struck down but not destroyed.
10 We always carry the death of Jesus in our body, so that the life of Jesus may also be displayed in our body.
11 For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus’s sake, so that Jesus’s life may also be displayed in our mortal flesh.
12 So then, death is at work in us, but life in you.
13 And since we have the same spirit of faith in keeping with what is written, I believed, therefore I spoke, we also believe, and therefore speak.
14 For we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you.
15 Indeed, everything is for your benefit so that, as grace extends through more and more people, it may cause thanksgiving to increase to the glory of God.
16 Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day.
17 For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory.
18 So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Praise and Worship
Take praise and worship songs as led by the Holy Spirit.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Thursday 4th December 2025.

Today’s Fire Scripture clearly shows that no one is immune to life’s troubles. Apostle Paul was a man who laboured tirelessly for the kingdom after his conversion. Yet he had a great share of life’s difficulties. Even in active kingdom service, he faced situations that could have broken his spirit and made him lose hope. But he never gave up. He held on, even in the face of death, trusting completely in Christ in us, the Hope of glory.

Paul did not pretend about his challenges. He acknowledged his suffering, yet he made it clear that his strength and hope came from Jesus.

This is the same approach you must take whenever life overwhelms you. Instead of giving up or breaking down, cry out to God for more grace. Look to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. Hold on tightly, and you will receive renewed strength, fresh fire, and restored hope—just like the apostles of old.

Trying seasons will surely come at different points in life. These moments test whether you are truly anchored to the Sure Foundation. In whom do you place your hope—your abilities, your intellect, your business achievements, wealth, beauty, or status? All these can fail you.

Christ Jesus alone is the true source of strength and hope. He already knows what you are passing through and exactly how to meet your needs. Complaining, grumbling, or weeping endlessly will not solve anything. Return to the Cross. Draw strength from Jesus. He will help you to stand when others are falling, as seen in Psalm 20:7–8.
