FIRE SCRIPTURE: Matthew 24:4-13 (KJV)
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday 29th November 2025.
In Matthew 24, Jesus graphically explained the events that would herald His second coming. The Bible calls them the signs of the end of the age. One of the signs is that there would be a lot of drifting away and falling away. The enemy will intensify his evil activities to ensure that many careless and disobedient fellows go into perdition. That is why Jesus began with the statement, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” The enemy will lie to many, deceive them and lure them out of the faith. You must keep your faith and not allow that to happen to you. Jesus foretold the rise of many false Christs. That has happened. He predicted that there would be wars and rumours of wars.
That has also been fulfilled. Nations are rising again nations and there are famines, pestilences and earthquakes. Brotherly love is no longer as it should be, iniquity abounds and the love of many has waxed cold. Jesus added that in spite of all these, those who endure unto the end shall be saved. It means that those who lack the power, grace and faith to endure to the end shall falter, fail or fall and end up in hell fire. That will not be your portion, in the name of Jesus. Only those who endure to the end shall be adjudged victorious. Only these shall be said to have finished well.
What does it mean to endure to the end? It is to say no to apostasy (turning away from faith), in spite of persecution or the pains of the end time. It is to stand firm in faith and to look unto Jesus for strength, grace and the power to keep doing God’s will. Beloved, it is not possible for anyone to endure to the end in his own power.
The grace to finish well or endure to the end is available in Christ. Therefore, new birth is necessary. You must give your life to Christ and make Him your Lord and Saviour. You must also be baptised with the Holy Spirit and fire. When you have new birth and the Holy Spirit, persecution may come, you will not surrender. Famine and pestilence and several works of the enemy will not be able to stop you.

MORNING
1. I will finish well, in the name of Jesus.
2. Every booby trap and pit on my way, catch fire, in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, give me the grace to endure to the end, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. I shall not miss the rapture, in the name of Jesus.
5. Spirit of the end time, I am not your candidate, release me and die, in the name of Jesus.
6. My faith will not fail, in the name of Jesus.
7. Father, increase my faith and help me to serve You to the end, in the name of Jesus.
