MFM Daily Devotional Message Wednesday 1st October 2025.
Beloved, the cheapest way to experience constant victory is to connect to the God of fire. He has the real fire that burns away rubbish, contaminants, pollutions and anything that hinder man from constant victory. This is the God of Elijah.
Elisha was so wise that he had to connect himself to the spirit of the God of Elijah. He got double portion of Elijah’s anointing. He saw the chariot of fire, carried the mantle of Elijah (mantle of fire) and on his way back, River Jordan parted for him to pass. His miracles were amazed and they bowed to the God that answers by fire.
The Lord Jesus Christ got connected to the Father, the God of fire and John the Baptist introduced Him as One who would baptise with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
In this crazy world, we need connectivity. Elijah was sure of himself and his connection with the God of fire that he decided to step into the rain, to go into contest with the prophets of Baal and to finally slaughter them all. There was no connectivity with the God of fire, He would not have proposed to Ahab and the prophets of Baal that the God that answers by fire should be regarded as the true God. If he had tried without being sure of his God, he would have been molested or even killed.
Can you boast like Elijah because you are connected? Where is your confidence? Is your confidence just your mouth without a genuine source of power? To possess your possession, you must pass through your River Jordan who knows and respects the power of the God of Elijah. To get to your promised land, you need fire. To make it to heaven, you must break all physical and spiritual obstacles ahead. You need the God of fire to connect you. Stand now and begin to connect yourself to Him. Begin to engage the Spirit to cross your river Jordan at once like Elisha.
The first step you must take to connect the God of fire is to give your life to Jesus. He must be your personal Lord and Saviour. Once you do this, ensure you begin to live consistently in His will. The second step is that you should be basked with the Holy Spirit and with fire. When you get filled of the Holy Ghost, you do not rest on your oars, seek Him and refilling from time to time. Jesus was so connected to the God, the consuming fire, that when He entered the synagogue, a man with an unclean spirit cried out, saying, “Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Hold thy peace, and come out of him.” The unclean spirit tore him and came out of him (Mark 1:21-26). Moses was connected to the God of fire, the fire of God buried all his enemies, his magicians and his detractors. Beloved, I encourage you to get the baptism of fire today. You will be unbeatable, uncompromisable and indomitable.

Morning
After the order of Elijah, I connect myself to the God of Elijah, in the name of Jesus.
I receive fire from the God of Elijah and I pursue my pursuers, in the name of Jesus.
Even as the mantle of Elijah and the power to cross River Jordan, in the name of Jesus.
Evening
I receive a double of Elijah’s anointing, after the order of Elisha, in the name of Jesus.
All my problems, be devoured by the Lion of Judah after the order of Elisha’s ancestors, in the name of Jesus.
I receive fire from the God of Elijah and I move to the another level, to amaze all my enemies, in the name of Jesus.
Thou fire of the God of Elijah, manifest in my life and purify me from all contaminants, in the name of Jesus.
