1 I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.
2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

MFM Daily Devotional Message Saturday 19th April 2025.
There are powers bent on killing people’s glory. The enemy of mankind, the devil, will stop at nothing to ensure that men and women do not fulfil their purpose. He is also known as the thief. He orchestrates the downfall and demotion of destinies by ensuring that their glory is killed.
Once a person’s glory is killed, he or she goes nowhere. The first part of John 10:10 says, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, to kill and to destroy…” The glory is the target. That is why you must guard your glory jealously.
Samson was very careless with his glory, consequently, he lost it. He was destroyed through the lust of the flesh. The act of sexual immorality has led to the depletion or outright ruin of some people’s glory. One major way through which the devil wastes people’s glory is sin or disobedience. Just like we saw in Samson’s case. When Israel sinned against God, God withdrew His defence from them at the warfront.
The ark was captured and Israel experienced massive destruction because the glory had departed (1 Samuel 4:1-22). It is the glory that makes the difference. Saul rebelled against God by disobeying God’s clear command, and the glory departed from him. He became totally confused and eventually lost the kingdom (1 Samuel 15:7-9). Adam and Eve disobeyed the Lord by eating of the fruit of good and evil (Genesis 3:6-7), the glory departed and they lost paradise. Beloved, this is a serious matter.
Sin in all its ramifications will rob a man of his glory no matter how highly placed he may be. The glory belongs to God, and when you are no longer in tune with Him, He withdraws it and that is the end. Sin caused man to fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Therefore, to enjoy the glory of God, avoid sin.

- Any power stubbornly sitting on my glory, die, in the name of Jesus.
- By fire by force, O God, arise and make me unstoppable, in the name of Jesus.
- Powers assigned to stop my glory from shining, die, in the name of Jesus.

- Demotion, stagnation, and death assigned against my glory, die, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, arise and let the world know that You are my God, in the name of Jesus.
- Where is the Lord God of Elijah? Arise and catapult me to greater heights, in the name of Jesus.
- Power to move to my next level, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.
