GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 29TH JUNE 2023.
In the economy of God, you are not allowed to skip steps. If He gives you an instruction and tells you to do something a certain way, do it exactly as He says. As Uzzah sadly discovered, this is a lesson that is best learned by instruction than experience. God had given instructions for how the Ark of the Covenant should be transported from one location to another, and He expected those instructions to be carried out to the letter.
The ark was only to be carried by Levites, and no one could touch it. When the ark was being moved from Baale-Judah to the City of David, it shook upon the cart on which it was carried.
Uzzah stretched forth his hand to stabilize the ark but violated God’s instruction by touching it. It was a mistake that cost him his life. Deeper Life means giving greater care to the things and instructions of God. Understand that He is a loving Father, and He is also the righteous Judge.
You can never come up with a better plan than His. So, do not try to help God by doing Him any favors without His permission. Every instruction He gives is meaningful and purposeful with our highest good in mind. All you need to do is to follow what He says.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I am the bondservant of the Lord. Therefore, whatever He tells me to do, I will do.
