GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 20TH APRIL 2023.
The moment righteousness is mentioned, most Christians will be thinking of how they can be pure in the sight of God and how they can earn it. The Bible calls it a “gift” of righteousness. Do you know the meaning of a “gift”? A gift is something that you cannot earn or pay for. Righteousness to you and me is not something that we earn but it’s something freely given to all who received our Lord, Jesus Christ. There is nothing good that we can do to earn it, but it’s a package bestowed to us by God.
The devil must never fool you into thinking that you can do something to earn righteousness through your works. It’s not by works but by faith in God’s complete works. When God looks at you now, He sees you through the righteousness of Jesus Christ. Your works have no room to occupy as it is all about Him and your duty is to just receive the gift.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I have the righteousness of Jesus Christ and I am God’s favorite and I shall live to see his blessings manifesting in my life in the name of Jesus. Amen!
