GOODNEWS DAILY TEACHING BY UEBERT ANGEL 6TH OCTOBER 2024.
Horse racing is a competitive sport where horses race against each oth-er over a set distance. In these races, horses typically wear blinkers to limit their peripheral vision, prevent distractions around them, and focus solely on their race! In the same way, as a child of God, move with the equestrian’s focus; put on your spiritual blinkers and block all external distractions so that you can focus on your race!
Whilst the horse’s eyes are covered, its ears remain open so that it can hear the commands of its jockey. As a Christian, you too must be able to block out
distractions around you while simultaneously listening out for God’s commands as you run your race!
The verse above tells us that if you are born again, you ought to set your sights on the things above. Be focused on what God has called you to be in these times and see your life shine beyond your wildest imagination!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I block out all my distractions! I am focused only on the race I must run! Just like a thoroughbred racehorse, I am speeding towards the finish line! My victory is inevitable in this year of Milk and Honey! Amen.
